AMBITION IS THE FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS
Why I Believe in Real Connection –
My Story of Courage, Closeness and Growth
About Me
Clarity, Responsibility, and Relationship on Equal Ground
My name is Oliver Fialova. I work as a couples counselor and systemic coach with a clear focus on online couples coaching.
I support couples and individuals who want to recognize stuck relationship patterns, take responsibility for their own behavior, and develop new ways of staying connected—even when it feels difficult or uncomfortable.
My Approach
Relationship work is not about harmony at any cost.
For me, it means acting like an adult in relationship: staying accountable, setting clear boundaries, and remaining present in connection with others.
My work is not about assigning blame or endlessly analyzing problems.
At the center is a simple but demanding question:
How do you personally contribute to the pattern you are stuck in—and what do you need in order to respond differently?
How I Work
My work is based on Relational Life Therapy (RLT) developed by Terry Real.
This approach combines clarity with connection, confrontation with support, and responsibility with compassion.
In practice, this means:
-
relationship over ego
-
responsibility instead of blame
-
clear and respectful confrontation rather than avoidance
-
practice and skill-building instead of insight alone
I work in a structured, direct, and relationship-centered way.
Lasting change does not come from understanding alone, but from developing new relational skills and practicing them in everyday life.
Why This Work Matters to Me
My own life experience confronted me early on with instability, relationship breakdowns, and the question of personal responsibility.
These experiences shaped my interest in relationship dynamics, attachment, and adult accountability—not as theory, but as lived reality.
Today, this does not show up as personal storytelling in my work, but as attitude:
I meet people with respect and honesty—without protecting them from themselves, and without leaving them alone.
Professional Framework & Qualifications
I am a trained systemic coach and currently in the advanced certification process of Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
My work is couples counseling and coaching.
It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I work intentionally online, as this setting provides a clear and focused framework—especially in situations of high emotional tension, recurring conflict, or physical distance between partners.
Who I Work With
I work with people who:
-
are willing to take responsibility for their own behavior
-
see relationship as a practice, not just a feeling
-
are ready to look honestly at their patterns
-
value clear and direct feedback
I do not work with people who:
-
are only looking for confirmation that the other person is the problem
-
avoid confrontation
-
are seeking a traditional therapeutic treatment
-
Invitation
If you—on your own or as a couple—are ready to engage honestly with your relationship patterns and practice new ways of relating, I’m happy to accompany you in this process.

Methods & Approaches
I work on the basis of the following methods
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) for Couples and Individuals
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is a powerful coaching model specifically designed to address the complex dynamics and challenges in intimate relationships.
Our early life experiences and the culture we grow up in have a profound impact on how we relate to intimacy — often limiting our ability to communicate effectively and truly connect in our relationships.
RLT uncovers these ineffective strategies and helps us develop the tools to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships — both with ourselves and with others.
Using the RLT approach, I support couples in strengthening and deepening their connection by applying the core principles of this method to foster lasting, positive change in their partnership.

Individual Systemic Coaching – Clarity, Change, Growth
Systemic coaching always sees the individual in the context of their environment – whether professional, family-related, or personal.
Our thoughts, emotions, and decisions are often deeply influenced by the systems we live and move in.
In coaching, we make these dynamics visible in order to develop new perspectives and sustainable solutions for everyday life.
In one-on-one coaching sessions, I support individuals in understanding themselves more deeply, breaking through stuck patterns, and making more conscious decisions.
The focus is on strengthening self-responsibility, gaining clarity, and finding an authentic path forward – always with a view of the bigger picture.

Hypnosis as a Path to Inner Clarity and Transformation
Hypnosis is a powerful method for accessing deeper levels of consciousness and activating your inner resources.
In this state of focused attention and deep relaxation, it becomes easier to recognize and gently shift rigid thought and behavior patterns.
Many of the issues that block us in daily life – such as inner restlessness, emotional tension, or limiting habits – can be effectively addressed through hypnosis.
I use hypnosis as part of my coaching work to help people realign, clear inner obstacles, and discover new possibilities for action and change.
The focus is not on treating disorders, but on supporting personal growth, cultivating mental clarity, and restoring emotional balance.

Psychosomatic Bodywork – Listening to the Body, Meeting the Soul
Our bodies store experiences that often run deeper than words.
Psychosomatic bodywork is about gently opening this inner space with mindfulness and presence.
Through soft, non-directive touch, a space arises where the body can relax and the nervous system can regulate itself.
Tight muscles – often an expression of suppressed emotions or old protective mechanisms – can begin to release, along with the inner tensions they carry.
This practice invites you to meet yourself on a deep, non-verbal level – beyond performance, function, or goals.
The breath deepens, and inner images or emotions may emerge – without needing to be analyzed or interpreted.
What unfolds is a quiet process of inner contact that is both gentle and profoundly transformative.
