General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between
Oliver Fialova (hereinafter referred to as "Provider")
and to clients about couples counseling and coaching.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The provider offers online couples counseling and coaching.
This is explicitly not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

3. Conclusion of the contract

A contract is formed through:

• Booking an appointment via the calendar

• or written appointment

4. Duration and procedure

The sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes.
The interval between sessions will be agreed upon individually.

5. Remuneration

The remuneration is based on the agreed fee.
All prices are final prices.

6. Appointment cancellations

Agreed appointments are binding.

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

• In case of later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be due.
  unless the appointment can be reassigned.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
Liability for specific successes or results is excluded.

8. Personal responsibility

Participation in the consultation is at your own risk.
Clients bear full responsibility for their decisions and actions outside of sessions.

9. Data protection

The provisions of the privacy policy on this website apply.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
